A: We recommend washing your erase cloth after every use with warm water and mild soap to get off unwanted makeup residue for the next use. For deeper washing, simply toss Erase into the washer and dryer like any other garment.


Q: How long is my cloth effective?

A: Depending on how often you wash the cloth in the laundry, it will remain effective for makeup removal as long as it is in tact. Like other wash cloths, they can be used for quite a long time.


Q: What if I don't love my UVÉ Erase cloth?

A: Our return rate is less than 1 in a 1,000 but if for some reason you don't love our products simply return them within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include a copy of your invoice, so we can find your order and we'll refund you the full price of the product (excludes shipping).
